This Privacy Policy explains how 90ji collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of all users who access or register on the 90ji Platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

90ji collects personal data including your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, government ID details, financial transaction records, and technical usage data such as IP address and device information.
Your data is collected to operate your account, process transactions, fulfill PAGCOR-mandated KYC and AML obligations, provide customer support, and where you have opted in, to send you relevant promotional communications.
90ji does not sell your personal data. We share it only with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, PAGCOR and other regulatory bodies as legally required, and technology service providers under strict confidentiality obligations.
All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. Security practices are reviewed regularly.
Account and transaction data is retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure to satisfy PAGCOR regulatory and anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations. Retained data is subject to the same security measures as active data.
As a data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure, and to data portability. These rights may be exercised by contacting 90ji support.
Data Subject Rights
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) grants Philippine residents the following rights with respect to their personal data held by 90ji.
You have the right to know what personal data 90ji collects about you, the purpose for collection, how it is processed, and to whom it may be disclosed — before or at the time of collection.
You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by 90ji, together with information about how it is being processed. Access requests will be fulfilled within 15 business days of receipt.
If any personal data held by 90ji is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected. Where 90ji has shared the incorrect data with third parties, we will notify them of the correction.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Objections may be submitted at any time via the account communications preferences or by contacting support.
You may request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to 90ji's legal obligations to retain records as required by PAGCOR and AML legislation.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format so that it may be transmitted to another personal information controller where technically feasible.
You are entitled to be indemnified for damages sustained as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, or unlawfully obtained personal data, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
If you believe 90ji has violated your data privacy rights, you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Details of the NPC complaints process are available on the NPC's official website.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 90ji ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") collects, processes, stores, and discloses personal information in connection with the operation of the online gaming platform located at 90ji.one (the "Platform"). 90ji is operated under a licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
This Policy applies to all registered Users of the 90ji Platform, all visitors to the Platform who have not registered an account, and all individuals whose personal data is processed by 90ji in connection with its services. It is intended to fulfil our disclosure obligations under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any 90ji service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform.

Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform, including your ability to remain logged in between page loads. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled through browser controls without disrupting Platform operation.
90ji does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may disclose your personal data in the following circumstances:
Some of 90ji's technology service providers and game suppliers operate servers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, 90ji takes reasonable steps to ensure that the receiving entity provides a level of data protection at least equivalent to that required under Philippine law, including through contractual safeguards and data processing agreements.
By using the 90ji Platform, you consent to your personal data being transferred to and processed in countries outside the Philippines where necessary to provide the services you have requested. Such transfers occur only where a legitimate basis exists and adequate protections are in place.
90ji retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and for such additional periods as are required by applicable law or regulation.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification.
90ji implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our security measures include:
Notwithstanding these measures, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. 90ji cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for notifying 90ji promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to adversely affect the rights and freedoms of affected individuals, 90ji will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by the Data Privacy Act. Affected individuals will be notified without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to their rights.

90ji will respond to valid data subject rights requests within 15 business days. Requests may be subject to identity verification before processing. Where a request cannot be fulfilled — for example, because retention is required by law — we will explain the reason in our response.
Age verification is a mandatory component of the 90ji KYC process. If 90ji discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual below the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the relevant personal data, and reverse any transactions conducted through the account.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has provided personal data to 90ji, please contact us immediately through the channels described in Section 16 so that we may take appropriate action.
With your consent, 90ji may send you promotional emails, SMS messages, or in-platform notifications about bonuses, new games, special events, and other offers available on the Platform. Consent to marketing is obtained separately from acceptance of these Terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect service communications, which include transactional notifications, security alerts, and regulatory notices that are required for the operation of your account.
The 90ji Platform does not contain links to third-party websites. This Policy applies solely to the 90ji Platform at 90ji.one. If any outbound links appear on the Platform in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly. 90ji accepts no responsibility for the privacy practices or data handling of any third-party website or service.
90ji reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users by email or by prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the revised Policy.
The effective date of the current version of this Policy is stated in the page header. Your continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acknowledgement of, and where applicable, consent to, the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
