These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 90ji platform and all services provided therein. By registering an account or accessing any part of the 90ji website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Key Principles
These are the six core areas addressed in full in the sections below. Reading all sections in their entirety is required before using the 90ji platform.
You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the Philippines to register a 90ji account. One account per person. Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals are enabled.
All transactions on 90ji are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit is ₱200. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are subject to processing timelines based on the selected method.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion. Abuse of bonus terms, including multi-accounting or systematic exploitation, will result in account suspension and forfeiture.
All games on 90ji are provided by certified software suppliers. RNG-based games are independently audited. Live casino games are operated by licensed studio providers. Collusion, cheating, or exploit use is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 90ji will never request your password via any channel. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited.

By accessing the 90ji Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 90ji Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or supplementary policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the 90ji Platform and must not register an Account or place any wager. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register a 90ji Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You warrant that all information provided is true, and you agree to update your details promptly if they change.
Registration requires, at minimum, a unique username, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and acceptance of these Terms. Additional personal information, including your full legal name and date of birth, will be required during the KYC verification process.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulation and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 90ji is required to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:
90ji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may result in account restrictions.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable law. 90ji reserves the right to suspend the Account, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 90ji Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your Account.
90ji shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section, including losses resulting from sharing your credentials or failing to secure your device.
Deposits to your 90ji Wallet may be made via the payment methods displayed in your account, which include but are not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 90ji does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited from a payment account not belonging to you may be withheld pending investigation.
Withdrawals from your Real Money Balance are available to Users who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated.
90ji reserves the right to process withdrawals in instalments in the event of large withdrawal requests, and to delay processing while conducting routine security checks or compliance reviews. Withdrawals may be withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
The 90ji Platform operates primarily in Philippine Peso (PHP). 90ji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 90ji bears no responsibility.
90ji may offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free credits, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
90ji reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinated play between multiple accounts; or exploiting errors or miscommunications in bonus terms.
All games made available on the 90ji Platform are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers whose games are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. 90ji does not modify game mechanics, payout percentages, or RNG outputs.
Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account, payment, and eligibility matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during gameplay, 90ji reserves the right to void the affected round or session and refund bets placed during the malfunction. Winnings resulting from a malfunction or error are not valid and will not be paid out. 90ji will endeavour to notify affected Users as promptly as practicable.
All game results are logged by 90ji's systems and are considered final absent evidence of a technical error. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the User must contact 90ji support within 7 days of the relevant game session. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 90ji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
90ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to operating in a manner that minimises the risk of gambling-related harm. All Players are encouraged to approach gambling as a form of entertainment, to set personal limits, and to monitor their gambling activity regularly.

All limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect. Reductions take effect immediately.
A Player who activates self-exclusion will have their Account suspended for the specified period. During self-exclusion, the Player will not receive marketing communications from 90ji. 90ji will use reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Player from opening a new account during the exclusion period.

All content on the 90ji Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, game content, and the overall selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of 90ji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, or distributing any Platform content; reverse engineering or decompiling any Platform software; or removing any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
Any unauthorised use of 90ji's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90ji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
90ji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
90ji complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and applicable implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It will only be shared as required by law, by PAGCOR regulation, or with trusted service providers acting under strict confidentiality obligations in connection with the operation of the Platform.
90ji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 90ji will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or by prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document and in the page header. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 90ji Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Disputes regarding the conduct of licensed gaming activities may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes as permitted under applicable regulation.
